In this research, communication and communication
satisfaction in the banking sector in which organizational
culture and organizational communication are determined
with define forms are discussed. The target population of
the study is consisted of 193.504 employees based on Banks, Employees and Branchs statistical report (December 2017) published by the The Banks Association of Turkey. This cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample of 392 employees. As a result of the analysis; it has been found that the relationship between employee voice and communication satisfaction is significant and positive. It was determined that the employee's voice was 16 percent of the variance in explaining the communication satisfaction. The three voice dimentions are explained 16, 8,6 and 2,3 percent of the unique variance of prosocial, acquiescent and defensive forms of voice. It is thought that the examination of communication satisfaction, which is antecedent of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, will contribute to Human Resources process like staffing, talent management, etc.

Örgüt kültürünün ve örgütsel iletişimin (hiyerarşik anlamda) kesin formlarla belirlendiği bankacılık sektöründe iletişimin ve iletişim doyumunun ele alınması, çalışan sesliliği ile iletişim doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesinin hem yazına hem de uygulamaya etkisinin olacağı düşünülmektedir. Çalışan sesliliği ile iletişim doyumu arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmak amacıyla bankacılık sektörü çalışanlarından oluşan 392 kişilik bir örneklem ile bu araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizlerde; çalışan sesliliğinin iletişim doyumu üzerinde orta seviyede, anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
